The Rise Story

Founded in 1986 by Bill O’Brien in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Rise Construction began with a focus on steel erection services and selling metal building systems. What started out as a vision became a reality as Rise grew to becoming a trusted partner in the regional construction industry.

We proudly carry forward his values, continuing to serve Northeastern Pennsylvania with integrity and dedication. Bill’s impact also lives on through our support of the Billy O’Brien Building Youth Sports Program, honoring his belief in giving back to the community.
